In my role as Creative Director for 300 Entertainment's artist discovery platform, I had the privilege of playing a multifaceted role that significantly contributed to the success of the show. My responsibilities included:
A&R and Talent Scouting: Actively scouted and discovered emerging talent, ensuring a diverse and vibrant lineup for the platform.
Communication and Coordination: Effectively communicated the needs for social assets, facilitating seamless collaboration between various teams and stakeholders.
Copywriting: Crafted compelling copy for tune-in messages, promotional content, and one-on-one segments with Kevin Liles, enhancing audience engagement.
Team Leadership and Direction: Led a talented team of designers in the creation of all necessary assets on a weekly basis, adapting to the dynamic requirements of the show.
Brand Awareness Assets: Developed and maintained consistent brand messaging to enhance overall brand visibility and recognition.
Talent-Specific Assets: Created customized promotional materials tailored to individual artists, highlighting their unique strengths and stories.
Episode Recaps: Produced engaging recaps of each episode, keeping the audience informed and excited about upcoming content.
The show was broadcast live on YouTube, reaching a wide audience and generating significant engagement. Additionally, the content was extended to Instagram, further amplifying its reach and impact.
